I used to think I needed more sleep
Mar. 23rd, 2012 08:33 amI used to think I needed more sleep, and I did. I used to think I needed more exercise, and I did.
Now I have sleep and exercise. And I'm still frazzled.
Now what?

These are things that can make me feel frazzly even when everything else is fine. Mileage varies so extremely there that I'm not suggesting that for you it's leafy greens or whatever, I'm just wondering if there's a thing or lack of a thing. A piece of citrus fruit every day or else not eating citrus after 5 p.m., some weird body hack that works for the body you've got.
They should have given us manuals for our model units, I tell you what.
