Two pictures

a) the photo I did snap of yesterday's storm, after the coolest of light effects was gone--but some of the green is still there in the water




b) came home from the lake to a gigantic box of author copies!!!

Fact: I desperately want to acquire a middle grade fantasy so I can hire that illustrator to do the cover. This has been a dream of mine for aaaages.

Which is to say, your book looks fantastic, and I would want to read it on the strength of that cover alone.
